Das Haus und auch der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe absolut unkompliziert, Serviceteam stand für Rückfragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Pool beheizbar war. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Goed: Tuin, zwembad, private parking, 2 koelkasten, voldoende keukenmateriaal, master bedroom en zeer proper/ goed onderhouden. Negatief: - boven moet je door slaapkamer 1 gaan om slaapkamer 2 te bereiken; - boven kan 1 slaapkamerdeur niet dicht vermits er een dubbel bed werd geplaatst. - airconditioning boven maakt vrij veel lawaai - 2/3 lampjes in de badkamer boven waren stuk - slechts 1 set sleutels. Al bij al een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

On arrival we were welcomed with open arms. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and the garden was well maintained. It was a fairly quiet place. Close to the beach, by car it took about 5 minutes. Walking distance to the city. A large choice of inexpensive restaurants, so great for a family of 5.

Fantastisch huis, welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. Mooie bbq, lekker koel zwembad, airco in alle slaapkamers en woonkamer en zelfs in de keuken. Alles is zeer ruim. Dankzij de persoonlijke spullen in het huis (flessen wijn, boeken, spellen) voel je je hier helemaal thuis. De ontvangst van Belvilla was ook pretttig. Vanuit het huis loop je 300 meter over de brug naar Sant Pere Pescador waar je direct in het centrum zit, een toeristisch plaatsje vanwege de omliggende campings.

De villa is uitstekend uitgerust en ligt op wandelafstand van het strand, natuurreservaat en dorp. De ligging heeft ons tevens toegelaten in een straal van 35 kilometer vele culturele uitstappen te doen.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in diesem wunderbaren, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders der Pool ist herrlich und es fehlt an nichts. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Auch der Service vor Ort ist prima. Edward Nieland mit seinem Team sind immer für die Gäste da. Danke dafür!
