Description

This detached holiday home with air-conditioning is located on the Spanish coast in Oliva, in the province of Valencia. The villa has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for families. The house is situated on a hillside so that you have a spectacular view of the rugged mountains and can cool off in the private swimming pool. The fully equipped holiday home features all modern comforts. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you'll enjoy lots of comforts thanks to the bathtub with jet stream. Outside is also a good place to be. Besides the private swimming pool, there's a garden with terrace, loungers and parasol.

Visit the many authentic, nostalgic villages and the sea with with its kilometres of sandy beaches, which can be found another 15 minutes further by car. The centre of Oliva is 2 km away. Here, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and nightlife venues. A visit to Oliva is of course not complete without a day at the beach! Almost all of the beaches near the city are lively and feature all kinds of facilities like loungers, parasols and first aid. The most famous beach is Playa Pau-Pi. There are lots of things to do here. You can go sunbathing, swimming, you can have a nice drink at one of the beach restaurants and enjoy various water sports. In the harbour, you'll find many water sports companies. Somewhat quieter beaches are Playa Terranova and Playa Aigua Blanca.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad!Prachtig huis,prachtige locatie (auto is een must). Er ontbrak echt helemaal niets en zoals al eerder gezegd, zelfs een goed gevulde koelkast bij aankomst :). Prettig contact met eigenaar en met de “poolman”.Dit kan ik niet zeggen over de reisorganisatie Belvilla zelf. Geen enkele mail of telefoongesprek is beantwoord door hen. Desalniettemin raad ik dit huis zeker aan en komen wij graag nog eens terug!

Heerlijk genoten deze augustus van een weekje relax vakantie. Het huis is prachtig gelegen met strand en winkels op rij afstand. Alle rust die je zoekt kun je hier vinden. We werden bij aankomst positief verrast door een volle koelkast. Heerlijk een aantal dagen bij het goed onderhouden zwembad gelegen. Ook zijn we vanuit hier een dagje naar Valencia gegaan en meerdere malen naar het strand. Verder zijn alle faciliteiten aanwezig in het huis voor een aangenaam verblijf. Top week gehad!

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaar. We kregen een uitgebreide uitleg. Er waren al boodschappen gedaan, we werden verwelkomd met een volle ijskast! Dat was fantastisch want we kwamen laat aan en hadden nog niet kunnen eten. Verder was er een beheerder/contactpersoon die zeer behulpzaam was en die meteen langskwam als we vragen hadden of hulp nodig hadden. Heel veel dank hiervoor!
