This is a spacious holiday home with all the comforts on the outskirts of Teulada, Alicante. There is a colourful and pleasant interior design with lots of space and excellent facilities. It has all the comforts for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends. It has a private swimming pool, a large private garden and plenty of outdoor space to spend hours on the terrace. You would be delighted to know that there are 7 hammocks and a children's playground outside.
Located on the outskirts of town, along Costa Blanca, you will find typical coastal cities with beautiful beaches and a wide variety of tourist attractions. Enjoy a game of golf course, 8 km away. The sea beach is 6.5 km away from where you can bask in the sun. Buy general supplies from the supermarket located at a short distance.
The home is set in a traditional style with a typical wooden table with 6-chairs in the living area. During your free time, you can play football or billiards.

Date of stay: July 2023 - August 2023Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir verbrachten unsere Ferien mit Familie Santin im Chalet de Lucia in Teulada. Der Pool war wunderschön, der Grill hat uns auch sehr gefallen und unsere Ansprechsperson vor Ort war sehr aufmerksam. Es gab jedoch ein paar wirklich nicht gute Punkte, die nicht mit der Beschreibung übereinstimmten! Unsere Kinder schliefen im zweiten, unteren Stockwerk des Hauptgebäudes. Da gab es gemäss Beschrieb, eine bewegliche Klimaanlage, dies war Leider keine richtige Klimaanlage und konnte den unteren Stock überhaupt nicht richtig kühlen. Für unsere Kinder war es somit unerträglich heiss zum Schlafen. Vor Allem konnte das eine Zimmer beim Schliessen mit der Trenntüre (keine richtige Türe, Privatsphäre nicht vorhanden) praktisch gar nicht mit dem Gerät gekühlt werden. Unsere Tochter schilef deswegen die ganze Zeit auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Während unserem Aufenthalt ist die Klimaanlage auch oben 2x ausgestiegen. Die Ansprechsperson der Villa versuchte immer alles so gut wie möglich wieder herzurichten. Dies war aber nicht immer möglich und so mussten auch wir 2x ohne Klimaanlage schlafen. Ohne Klimaanlage war es wirklich unerträglich heiss. Auch das Doppelbett unseres Sohnes war seit Beginn der Ferien defekt und konnte wegen Ferienabwesenheit der Handwerker bis ende der Ferien nicht repariert werden. Sie mussten sehr aufpassen, dass die Notfallreparatur nicht brach. Auch dies war unangenehm. Schade, war auch, dass das Haus von Ameisen geplagt war. Die Ameisen waren einfach überall. Im Hauptgebäude gab es auch viel zu wenig Geschirr für ein Haus dieser Grösse, dass für so viele Personen gebucht werden kann. Somit musste die Geschirrabwaschmaschine, teilweise nicht voll, nach jeder Mahlzeit angelassen werden.
