This impressive villa on the Costa Tropical has a lovely private garden and its own swimming pool. It is located in the luxurious Desert Springs Golf Resort and is ideal for families or friends.

Enthusiasts can hit a ball on the golf course, but you can also go hiking in the region. The forest of Cuevas de Almanzora is 8 km away and the nearest seaside beaches are no more than 6 km from the property.

The property is located in one of the holes of the golf course and therefore has a magnificent view of the course and of the Mojácar mountain. You have a large kitchen at your disposal and a games room in the basement with billiards, table football, air hockey, sofas, and a bar. The exterior is in 2 parts, with a large L-shaped covered veranda overlooking the pool at the front and artificial grass with football goals at the back.
