Located in a residential area, the holiday villa and grounds are private and peaceful. A private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and outdoor gas BBQ. The semi-open kitchen to the living room and dining room is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher and microwave. The holiday home has 3 fairly large bedrooms with two bathrooms on 2 floors. A separate annex with 1 double bedroom. There are parking spaces for 2 cars on site. Enjoy a floodlit private pool with sea views.

Date of stay: July 2024 - August 2024We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit mooie huis. Wat je ziet op de foto's is ook hoe het huis eruit ziet. Meerdere zitplekken (terassen) Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen achter het huis en als je voor zit heb je mooi uitzicht richting de zee. Het huis is opgedeeld in 2 verdiepingen. Eigenlijk 2 aparte huizen. Er is geen trap binnen in het huis om van de ene naar de andere verdieping te gaan. Je moet dus via een trap buitenom. Bovenverdieping heb je woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en 2 slaapkamers. 1 met airco en een groot bed en een slaapkamer met ventilator en een wat kleiner bed (Twijfelaar). Benedenverdieping woonkamer met airco, slaapkamer, kleine keuken en badkamer. Heel fijn zwembad met uitzicht op de bergen achter het huis. Dit was ons favoriete plekje. Verder is een bezoek aan altea echt de moeite waard. Zowel het strand met boulevard en vele restaurants als het centrum waar het in de avond echt gezellig is. Strand en centrum liggen op loopafstand van elkaar. Ook Benidorm, watervallen van Algar en Valencia zijn echt de moeite waard!
