Description

The finca, which is lovingly run by the landlords, is quiet and very beautiful on a hill. 5 homes and a residential building with studios and apartments are harmoniously in the lush vegetation of the vast garden / inner area. Enjoy privacy on your own terrace for your home with a good glass of wine produced by the landlords, or relax in one of the two shared outdoor swimming pools. In the south you have a beautiful panoramic view of Santa Margalida and the surrounding area. The beautiful landscape of the municipality of Muro extends in the north. Let your gaze stray to the sea. There are numerous excursions in the area. For example, Alcúdia can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The old town with its pedestrian area is ideal for a relaxing walk.

Notes:
-The service charges (costs for heating/air conditioning) of 8€/night are to be paid on site
- Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
- Pets up to 7 kg are allowed. Daily rate 12 euros.
More than 7 kg must be agreed with the finca. The price may vary.
- From November to March, bed linen and towels are only changed once a week for stays of more than 7 nights.

Omgeving is prachtig. Tuinen mooi onderhouden, verbliven netjes en schoon. Negatief puntje is de kwaliteit van de matrassen. Doorgelegen springveer matrassen. Mogelijk zijn wij door onze leeftijd extra gevoelig, maar dat maakt de slechte nachten en de beurse plekken niet beter. Verder is het keukentje niet geschikt om te koken. Prima voor iets opwarmen of een ei bakken Een elektrisch plaatje, een magnetron, een waterkoker en een koffiezetapparaat. Verder 2 kookketeltjes en een koekepan. Eetbestek maar geen broodmes snijplank, kookgereedschap e.d. Daar wij vanwege een coronabesmetting bijna een week in isolatie moesten hebben wij dit toch als een tekortkoming ervaren.
