Description

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom farmhouse in Valencia de Alcántara. It's located in the gorgeous countryside close to the Portuguese border. It is ideal for a family.



The farmhouse is nestled between the Rierra de San Pedro and Serre de Sao Mamede National Park in Portugal. From the house, you can see falcons and eagles flying. You will find various small medieval villages and ruins such as Alburquerque nearby. You can also go horse riding and golfing in the vicinity. There's a restaurant 1 km away and a supermarket 10 km from here.



The home is 200 years old and has been beautifully renovated. There's a large shared garden with furniture where you can have a barbecue and a communal swimming pool for a refreshing dip. There's also a private terrace. The home is air conditioned and the living room has a fireplace. You can get a children's bed on request and you're allowed to bring 1 pet.

Ideal surroundings for birdwatching! Our House Tinao, was a former farm dependence. Renovated in 1999, respecting the original structure of wood and slate, typical of this area of the Hispano-Portuguese Raya. Zona SPA (special protection of birds) ParqueNatura TajoInternacional and near the Natural Park Serra de Sao Mamede, and also a special forest protection area. Magaliticos Area interesting monuments, Roman ruins, roads. Ideal for bird lovers, hikers ..... or simply relax. Rustig parkje in de natuur. Vriendelijke mensen, huisje met alles erin wat je nodig hebt, kleine restaurantjes op loopafstand , mooie omgeving om te wandelen.
