Within walking distance you have the center of the popular summer town of Falkenberg with all its cafes, restaurants and shops. A short bike ride takes you to the long white sandy beaches. A comfortable and slightly luxurious accommodation with tasteful interior design. At the ground floor entrance, an elegant knight meets you in the hall. Here there is a smaller bedroom with a day bed for two people. The kitchen is well equipped. The large living room has a lovely sofa group, a large dining table and a modern TV. There is also a wood-burning stove here for some extra warmth and autumn coziness. The first floor has a guest toilet. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious, glazed conservatory with both seating furniture and a dining table. A smaller bedroom with a day bed for two people and a living room with a sofa bed for one person and another TV. In the house's basement there is a laundry room, a toilet and a steam sauna for two people. There is free wifi in the house. The leafy, private garden has another covered terrace and a walled garden grill. At the garage, it is possible to charge an electric car upon request to the owner and separate payment. Falkenberg is buzzing with activity during the summer. Enjoy the nice summer town with its small shops, restaurants and cafes. You have everything within walking distance. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. A slightly smaller beach has no tourist invasion. There are several golf courses nearby. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran. There are several golf courses in the area. The closest is Falkenberg's fine golf club at Skrea.
