This incredibly attractive holiday home is set in Rönnäng on the island of Tjörn. It was built in 2013 and offers an amazing, panoramic view of the sea and Klädesholmen. It is hard to find a better location or a better view! It is just 700 metres to Kåreviks wonderful beach with it's bathing dock and diving tower! The high standard cottage is tastefully decorated. It features a comfortable family room with a sofa bed and a TV (with 30-40 Swedish and English-speaking channels). There is a small kitchenette with two cooking hobs and a microwave oven. There is also a small dining area from which you can admire the view. Fully tiled bathroom with a WC, wash basin and shower cubicle. Free wireless WiFi. The hosue is winterised and has an underfloor water heating system. The landlord lives 10-15 metres away and you get your own part of the garden and the large wooden terrace. From here a path leads down to the town. The surroundings here are beautiful! Why not take a walk to Rönnäng wharf and have a bite to eat and watch the boats pass by. From here you can catch a ferry to the car-free islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv, and Dyrön. Skärhamn, nine kilometres away, offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. The picturesque town of Klädesholmen is only 4,5 kilometres from the house. Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city, is only 65 kilometres away! Please note: Part of the cottage is used for storage and cannot be rented. Welcome to this amazing holiday destination!
