Here is the perfect accommodation for those of you who are looking for accommodation that not only offers a good location but also a number of activities such as billiards, darts, swimming and saunas. Can it get any better? You live here in a large house on two floors. On the entrance floor there is a kitchen and living room which are combined into one with a large dining table. Generous seating areas on the sofa for everyone in the family in front of the big TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, drinks fridge and also a washing machine. From the kitchen there is an exit to a small veranda that leads you to the sauna with a relaxation area where you can relax and let the stress run off you. There are also two comfortable bedrooms on the entrance floor, each with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs you will find a family room with billiard room, darts, stereo system and playstation. Perfect for a game night together! From here you reach a large bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the upper floor there are two sleeping areas without windows, in one bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single bed. In the other space which can be called more like a dormitory where the beds will be able to be screened off with curtains from the ceiling. There are a total of six sleeping places, of which two double beds (160 and 180), a 140 bed and a 120 bed. Perfect for the young or the large family that wants to share a room. There is no door to close to this space. The house is located on a large, lovely lot and has a patio with seating areas, barbecue and the lovely hot tub that warms you up! About 300 meters away you will find the sea if you want to cool off a bit, a fantastic sandy beach, perfect for children. Barely 10 minutes by car you reach Älmsta where there is a grocery store, pharmacy, outdoor gym and much more such as good food at Bonden och Burgaren or Ankaret. Tips for excursions are Norrtälje, where you can stroll in the alleys along the canal or a trip to beautiful Grisslehamn where you can take a trip with the Eckerö line!
