This holiday home is called the ‘Petit Nice’ because you will find peace, relaxation, nature and subtropical Mediterranean climate. There is a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The home is ideal for families due to its unique location.
Do you like walking? There are 2 nice walking paths in the center of the village. You can also discover the typical French restaurants; Auberge St Hubert is quite famous. There are many markets in the neighborhood worth exploring.
There is a parking space for at least 3-cars. The air-conditioning in the bedroom will keep you cool throughout. There are 2 bicycles available, an (older) mountain bike and a folding bike. You can safely go by bike to the local bakery in the morning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals.
Dispose of the waste in the large green waste container at the bottom of the road.
For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

* airco available in the 3 bedrooms* on Sunday morning there is a lovely market in the nearby village, called Saint Chinian.* in the living room you'll find a red cover with reviews about restaurants in the neighbourhood, things to do etc.(little problem : it's in Dutch...:-) )* Roquebrun is situated about 40 km to the sea (Valras Plage). Nice beaches, good restaurants and fun for the kids!* Pets allowed, please notice that the garden is not fully fenced.* new in 2020 : fully equiped outdoor kitchen nearby the BBQ!* also new in 2020 : heated swimming pool!

Date of stay: September 2022Fantastisch huis & mooie omgeving! Bij aankomst bleek de wasmachine stuk, maar dit werd zeer snel opgelost door de eigenaar ! We komen hier zeker nog een keertje terug !

Date of stay: August 2021Zeer mooi en verzorgd huis met alles erop en eraan in een rustige omgeving en op 700 m wandelafstand van bakker/restaurants. In week 32 had het zwembadwater zelfs 32 graden, buiten was het dan ook wel 40 graden in de schaduw. Een aanrader voor wie wil tot rust komen en een mooie uitvalsbasis om in de streek te gaan wandelen ( door de wijngaarden of " gorges") of pittoreske dorpjes te bezoeken ( Minerva, Carcosonne)

Date of stay: August 2019Aankomst verliep zeer vlot, best wel op voorhand al eens bekijken op bvb google maps waar de villa zich juist bevindt, ik kan geloven dat het anders niet zo makkelijk terug te vinden is. Accommodatie was tip top in orde, rustig gelegen en alles is voorzien voor een leuke vakantie. Het centrum van Roquebrun is op wandelafstand (+- 1km) met een aantal restaurantjes, zijn 'plage' en de mediterrane tuin met fantastische uitzichten. Voor zeer lekkere wijn hoef je maar een goeie 200m te stappen (Cave de Roquebrun).
